Before your first booking
Which area do you cover?
Paw Treks currently provides services across Southampton.
Is the meet-and-greet free?
Yes. The introductory meet-and-greet is complimentary and gives Jo time to learn about your pet’s routine, health, behaviour and preferences.
Do you offer solo and group walks?
Yes. One-to-one walks and shared walks are available. Shared walks have a maximum of four dogs.
How long are the walks?
Walks are a minimum of 30 minutes. Longer walks can be arranged; contact Jo to discuss duration and pricing.
What animals do you care for?
Paw Treks cares for dogs, cats and small animals, from puppies through to senior pets and from small through to giant dog breeds.
Can you follow medication and dietary routines?
Yes, where agreed. Jo can adapt care around established diets, medication, allergies and normal routines.
Will I receive updates?
Yes. Jo can provide regular messages and photographs while your pet is in her care.
How do I pay?
Paw Treks accepts cash, cheque and bank transfer.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made by 12 noon on the day before the booking receive a full refund. Cancellations made after 12 noon on the day before receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made on or after the service start date are non-refundable. This applies to all services.
