Booking terms

Services are subject to availability, suitability and an introductory discussion. Paw Treks may request relevant information about a pet’s routine, behaviour, health, medication, allergies, veterinary practice and emergency contacts before accepting a booking.

Meet-and-greet

A complimentary meet-and-greet is offered before the first service so Jo and the owner can discuss the pet’s individual needs.

Owner responsibilities

Owners should provide accurate, current information and suitable equipment, food, medication and access arrangements where required. Any material changes should be shared before the service.

Payments

Cash, cheque and bank transfer are accepted. Any price or service variation will be agreed before the booking.

Safety and suitability

Paw Treks may decline or alter a service where it would be unsafe or unsuitable for the animal, Jo, another animal or the public.

The cancellation policy applies to all Paw Treks services. See the dedicated cancellation policy.
