Cancellation and refund policy
All services
Cancel by 12 noon on the day before: full refund.
Cancel after 12 noon on the day before: 50% refund.
Cancel on or after the service start date: no refund.
This policy applies identically to dog walks, home visits, pet sitting, overnight stays and multi-day bookings.
To cancel, contact Jo by WhatsApp, phone or email as soon as possible.
